Single-Nanoscale Materials and Their Nanodevices

We fabricate nanomaterials at the atomic scale by using the state-of-the-art electron beam lithography (EBL) and our unique electroless gold plating (ELGP) technique.
We develop ELGP nanopore sequencers, single-molecule transistors, gas sensors, upconversion organic light emitting diodes (UC-OLED), and solar cells for practical application.
